One Foot In The Bloodpool

Hey there,

I have a new update for you all.
It's my Khorne Lord on Juggernaut. I made him out of all sorts of parts so to have something really original.

I gave him a cool shield.

I'm really happy with how he turned out.

My warband is starting to come together.

Halfway done now so I really have to soldier on and finish them. This already is a very satisfying sight.

Buttons

Hey there,

I had this guy already finished but never really took a decent picture of him yet. But he will never miss out a fight with my Khorne warband.

Meet Buttons the spawn.

Quest For Blood

Hey there,

I actually wanted to start the Quest of Three Warbands with my new Orruks. But the models don't really want to arrive so I will go ahead with the Khorne Bloodbound first.
They already had some things done so I will present you first with the body of the warband.

The Blood Warriors.

I hope you like them and will tell me what you think in the comments.

Bring The Beast

Hey everyone,

Last week I felt like building something so I picked up my Khorgoroth.
I didn't really like the creepy head so I fabricated something of my own. This is the result:

I hope you like him.

Sound the Horn

Hey everyone,

I have something to show here once more. I have been busy with all kinds of things Khorne again but it looks like I am starting to form a nice warband.

The big butterfly that I am I made a side trip to a forsaken that I will play as having the mark of Khorne ofcourse.

I worked some more on the blood warriors and the gorefist unit has now got three finished.

And something else I really enjoy doing is taking cool pictures of my miniatures as if they are charging into battle.

I hope you like them and will tell me what you think in the comments and perhaps share my blog with some of your wargaming friends.

Crimson Clad

Hey everyone,

I have some more things to show you. My local games workshop has been closed for a couple of weeks and last week I visited there when they celebrated their birthday. I did not see the wonderful Slaughterpriest model come out and my awesome girlfriend decided to gift me one.

And new shiny things always spark new inspiration. So I sat down and finished some more of the Khorne models.

Slaughterpriest himself. He is such an imposing model. I made him just a bit taller by putting him on a rock on the base.

Maybe not my best work but still a great addition to the army. (I'll get there, you'll see, don't judge me!)

And the champion for the double axe Blood Warrior unit.

I hope you like them and will tell me in the comments.

Soon more Khorne, I'm also thinking about  a fun new project, something with a lot of knights(yeah maybe I should wait but we all know that doesnt work) and I've been thinking about a cool Orktober event where I paint some more of my greenskin for this month. If you have a good idea or something to say about what I should do first let me know.

Appeasing The Blood God

Hey everyone,

I have stopped buying models for this year. Whoooh! That is a big thing to say. I honoustly think that I have enough to last me the rest of the year if not longer. "But Breaz, what can we expect still then?" I hear you ask.

Well A lot of Khorne stuff still. I think I compiled my ideal warband for them. All you have seen so far is a nice start for it but it still needs a bit more.
At the head of this army is the bringer of glory herself, Valkia the bloody. I haven't gotten around to her yet.

Another thing I've been meaning to finish are the rest of the skullreapers. They are currently six. I posted one of them already.
I am currently working on two units of blood warriors. One unit will carry the gorefists and the other blood axes. Below the first two gorefist guys that are done.

These are the axemen.  I really love these guys.
I have 10 left for a cool unit with gorefists that will also get a standard. For now I'm content with just these two and I like to have something new to build in the future.

I have made another hero for them too. He can use the khorne herald rules.

I'm working on converting a nice korgorath. I'll still add the blood secrator, some flesh hounds and to round things off I will add some forsaken.
And that will be my khorne warband. The only thing that is still on my wishlist is the slaughterbrute but he can wait until somewhere next year.

I hope this will keep you coming back to see how I'm progressing. Please leave a comment to tell me what you think.

Red Tide Rising

Hey everyone,

The Red Tide is starting to grow. I'm quite happy this is managing to grasp my attention for so long as it does right now but I just really like the Khorne models. The new blood warriors are great too. So they will likely show up here too at some point.

You have seen some of them in previous posts already but I just finished my first 10 blood reavers.
I named these guys my Doom Screamers. It's a small hint towards Dothraki because those are famous raiders too. But also because they are a bit weak without the armor and all.

To top things off I have A blood stoker for the lads too. He is pretty useful and he looks cool too.

I hope you like them and will tell me what you think.

Bring The Big Guns

Hey everyone,

I'm sorry I let things be quiet here for so long. It wasn't my intention but I haven't had as much time as I would have liked and on top of that I got a little sick last week when I intended to finish a lot of models.

I believe I am back on track again so I hope I can post a lot of cool things.
What I have for you today is a Daemon Prince.
I've had this model for a long time and I wanted to use him for my chaos space marines but for some reason it just didn't fit into the lists I made and with AoS I gave him new purpose. I did have to rebuild him a little as he had some 40k oriented details on him.

I present you: Baium Bloodstone, Daemon Prince of Khorne.
I decided to do something different from the usual and let myself be inspired by "The Butcher" from the Diablo games.

I hope you like him and will tell me what you think.
I'm going to get started on the last blood reavers to catch up!

For The Blood God

Hey Everyone,

With the new Age of Sigmar warhammer set getting more and more populair I could not avoid getting one or two myself. I even got me a few more kits to flesh out my brand new idea. I am building myself a Khorne Bloodbound warband.

My local Games Workshop is hosting a campaign and for me that felt like the perfect excuse to put them on the table and cause some trouble. The campaign is starting today and I made a start on my warband already.

I felt that I had to add something fun to have a warband that won't be like all the other people that play Khorne warbands right now. So I added a Spawn to mine. I will just show you some pictures of the things that I managed to finish so far.

This is the champion of the Skullreapers and because the campaign requires us to name all our units I named my Skullreapers "The Crimson Harbringers".

These are the first two Blood Reavers (I named their unit the Doom Screamers sightly hinting towards Dothraki screamers) and My Spawn Buttons.

 And Spawn Buttons

I hope you like them and will tell me what you think.
